So many of you have so much asked
Why I put "roon" instead of "room"
That I have felt bound to the task
Of writing about this "macaroon".
Macaroon's a single word,
It's a French, delicious cake
Known almost all around the world
(Which I've never tried, nor baked)
And since many people say
English is "a piece of cake"
Or easy peasy, or chupao
(as long as teachers may allow
Their students to have some fun)
That's how I thought of the "pun".
I hope I've clarified the reason why
I put these silly names one day.
And if I haven't, never mind
It's all big nonsense anyway.
